Drizzle with oil until they are completely covered and add the lemon juice. Mix everything well with a fork and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes, so that the flavors blend.<\/li><li>Now, we are going to put to the tuna loins on both sides, a little salt and pepper. Then, in a non-stick griddle or frying pan, pour a little oil and heat it over high heat. When it is hot, add the tuna loins and let them cook for 2 or 3 minutes on each side. Once this is done, remove them from the heat and plate them.<\/li><li>Once served, add the garlic and parsley dressing to the surface of the grilled tuna loins.
